The apartment is located on Corso Porta Nuova, one of Verona's main streets, but its top-floor location ensures peace and quiet throughout your stay.

Check-in is from 2 pm to 7 pm.

This makes the apartment ideal for opera lovers, given its proximity to the Verona Arena, and excellent for those arriving by bus, train, or plane, as the station is just an 8-minute walk away.

Located on the sixth floor, accessible by elevator to the fifth, with a flight of stairs to the top floor.

Brightness is a distinctive feature of this apartment, which includes a spacious living room with a TV, a dining table and chairs, a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom with a classic-style shower.

It can accommodate up to 3 people, thanks to the sofa bed in the living room; however, we prefer not to accommodate children under 10.

The terrace, a green oasis overlooking the city, offers breathtaking views and is ideal for breakfast and aperitifs during the summer months.

Regarding heating and air conditioning, we comply with regional ordinances to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.

Please note that if fire extinguishers are used, even accidentally, a €200 refund will be required.
