Welcome to this bright and cozy apartment located on the top floor of an ancient building with a concierge, easily accessible by elevator.

Check in is from 2 pm to 7 pm.

The quiet location and the brightness of the accommodation are its strengths, making it perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends looking for relaxation during their vacation. Strategically positioned, the apartment is just a short walk from the charming Piazza Erbe and only 10 minutes on foot from the Roman Theatre. The main tourist attractions are easily reachable on foot in a few minutes, and the nearest taxi station is located right in Piazza delle Erbe.

The apartment offers a generous space of 130 square meters and consists of a large and bright living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, and dining table with chairs. The fully equipped kitchen also has a large balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. There are three bedrooms: one double with a walk-in closet and private balcony, one with two single beds, and another single. Two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, complete the layout of the apartment. The property can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people and also offers free Wi-Fi.

Upon request and subject to availability, it is possible to have a parking space inside the same building, accessible by a car lift for standard-sized vehicles (NO SUV), at an additional cost of €25 per night. Alternatively, for those who prefer public parking, we recommend the Arsenale parking lot in Via Alfredo Cappellini, 2, located a short distance from the apartment. Please note that, as the apartment is located in the restricted traffic area (ZTL), you will need to provide a photo of your license plate at check-in.

To ensure your comfort, we strictly adhere to regional regulations regarding heating and air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay throughout the year. We also kindly ask you to limit your electricity consumption, as excessive usage may result in interruptions without prior notice.

Please note that in case of use of the fire extinguishers, even if accidental, a reimbursement of 200 euros will be required.
